I am Andongabi kenedy Abendong from a humble background. i grew up in a rural community known as yoke found in Muyuka of the southwest region. i attended my primary and secondary education at the Presbyterian primary school yoke and the Presbyterian high school were i earned my GCE ordinary level. i then moved to GBHS Mbengwi were i had my advance level certificate. with a great passion to improve health in my community, i ended up studying Nursing were i graduated from the University of Buea with a bachelors degree in nursing. with my background in Nursing and a strong interest to improve the health of the public i enrolled at the Saint Monica University were i am currently studying for a masters degree in Public health with concentration in health education and promotion. Professionally, i have worked as an Assistant lecturer in different institution involve in the training of health personnel. additionally i have worked as a nurse with the SMHC and and other public health project (TB Reach and Ebola Vaccine Trial) presently i am the founder of community Health Promotion and Rehabilitation Initiative. this initiative is a community organisation with focus on mother, child and adolescence health and infectious disease control.
